We have an extensive variety of strength and functional training equipment to meet the diverse needs of our members.

We have the latest high-quality cardio equipment. Each unit is equipped with and individual television.

We have a full strength training area, with the latest strength training machines.

Our locker rooms are stocked with all the amenities you need. We also have a sauna, steam room in both the men's and women's locker rooms.

We have a 25-meter lap pool that hosts a variety of classes and swim programs daily.

Our warm-water therapy pool is great for relaxing or to take advantage of one of our group exercise classes.

Our Kids in Motion children's area offers a safe and secure environment for children six months to 11 years of age.

After your workout stop at the Grab N Go Café and refuel with one of our healthy menu options.

We have an extensive offering of group exercise classes to meet all fitness levels.

We offer several massage packages for you to choose from.

You are free to use the full basketball court.

We have a large assortment of apparel and accessories from the top brands for men and women in a wide selection of sizes.
